Omar Farooq
Omar has ticked almost all the boxes in Human Resources – CHRO, Business Head, Entrepreneur and Faculty and continues to seek opportunities to learn more from peers, industry leaders and students. As a CHRO he scaled a Citigroup invested firm from 300 to 3000 in 2 years, created a HR Business unit for HR operations outsourcing and then founded AceProHR.. As a visiting faculty he took a course in Recruitment, Selection & Employer Branding the MBA HR – programme of University of Delhi and continues to give guest lectures in B Schools. Omar lives in Delhi & Bucharest
Parul Gupta
Parul has an MA in Economics from The Delhi School of Economics- University of Delhi and has worked in Banking, Media , Journalism and content before finding her calling in Talent Acquisition with us. At AceProHR- she has anchored clients in Financial Services, Financial Inclusion, Consulting, Investment Banking and renewable energy. She particularly enjoys interacting with potential candidates and finding the right 'fit' for her clients. Besides being a hands-on mom to her two teenage kids, she is also passionate about painting and dance. She's reared a spur-of-the-moment travel family and enjoys taking off on road trips with them over long weekends and other holidays.
Nicoleta Straub
Nicoleta is a Lawyer by training. She worked as an Editor on constitutional law with CH Beck, Europe's oldest law publishers.
She is part of the founding team at AceProHR and works with clients in Research and Technology.
